    Just one addition or urgent modification required:
    The Dashboard link is only available to Administrators. I have a Support user with reduced administrative capabilities. I don’t want the 1st line support to have wide-wide Administration permissions. I urgently need a way of allowing the Display of TD Ticketing System in the Dashboard and use by an authorised user(s) or group.
