nearly there..just a lil help please

wordpress installed – check
k2 theme installed – check
videos added from blip.tv account – check

Im nearly there with my new site https://www.overlander.tv/wordpress/

there are just two things I havent been able to work out:

1) I can’t delete posts (even when logged in as admin) says i dont have permission

2) And I cant seem to change the order of my page tabs as they appear in the top banner

Some advice please?? Im nearly there??
