    Hi @eugenebox

Thanks for your review, much appreciated!

Could you provide some more information about “Next page of forms doesn’t open from the top”?

Perhaps you are referring to when you click to a next tab? If so, in the Next Tab and Previous Tab field settings, there is a Scroll to Top setting you can enable that provides the ability to scroll to the top of your form when the button is clicked. There is also an Offset setting to fine tune that behavior.

    More on that here:

Happy to answer any other questions you might.

    Many thanks!

Yes, the next tab (my users don’t know that this is a tab, for them it’s a page). But this still does not work as it should, either instantly or smoothly, the content of the next tab does not rewind to the very top and stops one line below.

The Offset setting is used it to adjust the scroll to the position you need if the default scroll does not go to the position you need. You can enter a positive or negative number (pixels) into that field to adjust the scrolling position.

Tabs are not separate pages, they are tabs on the same page designed to break up a form into manageable steps. If the content of a tab is long, then the Scroll to Top setting ensures the user is automatically returned to the top of the form when a next or previous button is clicked.

Happy to assist you further. If you send me the URL containing the form and an export of your form via our support form I’ll be happy to take a look:

One of the buttons takes to the very top of the tab with zero offset.
I understand what tabs are on a page, but I will not explain it to my users.

Unless I am able to see the form on the page and review your form export, I’m afraid it will be difficult to recreate what you are seeing. If you are happy to share your form, please do so via our support page.

… And offset is different on a smartphone and a computer

You can create your own form to make sure. I had to set the offset back to zero and create the nonsense text above to make it look correct on all devices.

Every website / page is different in terms of layout, CSS and other factors. I have offered to help (see above), but without being able to see the form on the page you want to implement it on, it is not possible for me to effectively diagnose this for you. We have tested the Scroll to Top feature here and it works without a problem.

Again, I am very happy to help you if you want me to investigate this further.

    Best regards

Also there is no Home button and the Reset button has no function.

The Reset button does have a function. You can learn about it here:

    https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/reset/

It is a standard HTML reset button that puts the form back into its original load state, per HTML spec.

    https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/reset

I don’t know of any form plugin that has a “Home” button. If you mean you want a button to take you back to the first tab, that is possible in our PRO edition by using conditional logic. Otherwise the user can just click on the first tab in the LITE edition.

I didn’t ask for help and I don’t want to confuse you further with questions on my form. Make 20 tabs with 10 questions, Next and Previous buttons on each, and then check the results for each tab in both directions on your computer and smartphone.

I see the title and content of your review has now been replaced from what it was originally 2 weeks ago. I’m not sure what “sending the results is not possible.” is referring to, but if you mean sending a form submission as an email, that is absolutely possible:

    Create an Email Notification
    https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/create-an-acknowledgement-email/

This is included in the LITE edition, as well as saving and exporting form submissions with the Save Submission action.

Our PRO edition has over 90 integrations if you need to send form data elsewhere, including Make, Zapier as well as the ability to run WordPress filter and action hooks with submitted form data.

    Save Submission
    https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/save-submission/

Furthermore we have hooks you can use if you need to a greater level of customization.

We are always available to help answer any questions you might have.

    Many thanks

This was a new topic. Anyway, there is no only email limitation in the field for sending address. And I have no profession.
