Need 2.7 widget to display text/html on Dashboard

  • I would like to display some text/html code directly on the Dashboard. This would be alert messages, help and instructions for the authors. Unfortunately, the only widget I found for this doesn’t work on version 2.7.

    If there’s no widget is there an easy way to do this?
