Need 3 column theme made $$$$

  • I’ve looked around at all the existing themes and I’m not interested in them. I would like a custom theme made.

    What I want:
    – 3 columns (left menu, content, right menu)
    – header and footer
    – fixed width, optimized for 1024

    I currently have a 2 column theme on my site and I want the new one to look similar, except with 3 columns. Contact me if you can make one for me.
