need a conditional quiz plugin

Hi everyone!
I need a plugin with this main feature:
ability to add conditional quiz. this means: it can gives a different question to the user if he/she picks a certain option.
and ability to set sort of answers which causes quiz to continue or finish right away.

for example:
have you picked a stock broker?
answer 1 : yes (if user picks this answer, quiz continues to another path, like : are you trading right now?)

answer 2 : No (if user picks this answer, he/she directs to a different path, like: which city do you live?)

and so on and on…

I searched between plugins to find a plugin for this purpose but didn’t find anything. maybe i used wrong keywords.

any idea or experience?
