Need a good WP coder – Will pay $$$

Ok guys, I was recommended to this site from a friend – here is the question. I’ve done some research on it already so have done a little work for you already

Ok here is the thing – I want to customize the blog as much as I can to almost be like a social networking site.

Don’t worry – I wrote “almost” lol

I don’t want to go in the pain of creating an actual social networking site and anyways, I don’t want one but I want it be a blog with a “interactive” base to it.

For example –

People create accounts – this is already done with WP

Leave comments on posts – Already done again

So, so far so good – these are 2 important features for such an idea and WP already has it

Now can you help me on these ones –

Is there a widget or plug in for WP where say in a subject, a new post made in the blog you can add a poll?

For example say I make a new blog post and I say – What do you think about this post?

People have say 2-3 choices kind of thing

A poll – where once clicked people can also view results

Make sense?

My second enq – Is there a tool/plug-in, in which say if I make a blog post, people are allowed to upload their own image into it or something where basically, they can upload their own image as long as it fits certain file sizes etc

Lastly, is there such a feature that people who register to post on your blog/with your blog – they can have a profile page – which is the same layout as the blog etc

People can upload their images into one post when he have the neccesary user level.

Also this can be done with custom script attached to every post. which will appear before or after comments and users will be able to upload images which will appear where you want them.”
