Looking at your SSR, I think looking in the kapee/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php template is the best place.

It’ll be hiding in one of the templates found in your theme – I’d also try kapee/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php and kapee/woocommerce/loop/result-count.php.
