Need a “invoice” for internal use not customer

  • Hi,
    I am just trying to work out if I should use your plugin.
    Is it possible to have a invoice for the customer and one for internal use. We need a document that shows all of our backend order custom fields and credit card fees etc.
    Is invoice the wrong term? Would this be order notes?
    Also I think I have understood reading your support docs how to add our custom fields BUT I am not sure how to display the 2 fields added by Stripe which show the Stripe fee, and the total payout to us (order – fee) from stripe.

    Hi @mgason,

    I would take a look at our Professional extension. With it you will get access to the proforma and credit note documents. You can customize the proforma to serve as your internal document.

    The trick to displaying custom fields is to know where they are stored (order, product, item). In this case it should be stored in the order. Then you will have to find the correct field name / meta key to display your custom field. Here is a guide on finding the correct field name: Finding WooCommerce custom fields
