    Hi, first of all thanks for this plugin.

    In bot’s setting, Start Status=”closed” works as intended but in Start Status=”open”, the bot remains closed and works only after opening the chatbot. I mean its just remembers what the user has selected and shows bot/icon accordingly next time when they visit site.

    In short, the bot remains in closed state irrespective of setting for every new visitor.

    What I need is bot to shows open by default for every new visitor. After that they can choose to close the bot and it will remember their choice for next time.

    I apologize for the delay in responding as I was away on holiday this past week.

    I have completed some minor fixes and added a selection of avatars to display when the bot is closed. The plugin have been updated to 1.5.1.

    With the release tonight of version 1.6.1, I have added Knowledge Navigator to Chatbot ChatGPT. It’s now more knowledgable about your site using TF-IDF (Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency), an algorithm that uses word frequency analysis of your website to provide deeper and more meaningful insights. I’ve also improved the conversational context of the chatbot for further relevance to the exchange with site visitors.

    Hi,

    I have tried latest version (v1.6.2) of your plugin. Its good to see you are adding so much new features. Knowledge Navigator is a great feature. However for some reason, when i tried to schedule it to any of the option ie daily, weekly etc, it didn’t remember it and just reset to “No”. Tried it on WordPress v6.3
