Need a Pan & Zoom plugin like ebay has

Making a site for my daughter, she wants to be a photog. Already have NextGen gallery installed and she likes the lightbox effect. She also likes the newish effect ebay has with their photos where when you hover over the pic a box appears that allows you to move around and it magnifies the portion of the photo it;s hovering over.

I would call that pan & zoom but searching that yields nothing as far as plugins go. Does anyone know what I’m talking about and if there’s a plugin out there i can use ?
