Need a plugin to be able to have my own Dailybooth via wordpress

I am planning to make a social networking site exclusively for our small town. They love Dailybooth but they think it’s way out of their league because it’s hard to be popular there or get a follower. Now I’m thinking of making one but I need a plugin to do that. A plugin should have a photo-reply feature. I actually call it a Photo forum. Mr. George Boone already gave me an idea using the forum attachment plugin at buddypress. But I don’t know how to go about it really. Do you have one that can answer my problem?
