Need a plugin to customize the CONTENT TITLE

I want a plugin that allows me to customize the h1 output for the page title — all of the plugins I’ve found only seem to address the SEO Page title I want one to address the content so if I have a page that has a url mygreatwebsite.com/our-history I want to output “This is the History of My Great Website” WITHOUT having to constantly go fix the menu — and no custom fields please I don’t want to teach a client how to do custom fields.

I’ve had one of these previously but I can’t seem to find it.
