need a plugin to remove categories in URL for WP 3.0 and Higher

I tried using FV top level categories plugin and it did not remove the categories section of my URL. Which currently looks like this:
https://www.mydomain.com/category/keyword-one-admin
I want it to look like https://www.mydomain.com/keyword-one
does any know of a plugin that will do this?
