Need a rating system plugin

Hey WP-Forum.

I’ve been looking all over the internet, and I cant seem to find, what I am looking for. I need a plugin, where it’s possible for my visitors to make a review and rate a company/service. To clearify it, i don’t need a plugin, where I make the reviews, and my visitors rate them afterwards. It has to be possible for my visitors to make a review and rate a company/service through a frontend submission form.

Furthermore I need to set the ratings in a system like this:
So other visitors easily can find the reviews and rating.
