Need a Site Built

Hi there.

I’m looking to start an online business that needs a subscription website built to run the business.

I’m looking to have a website which two different types of users can sign up to: paying users, that sign up to a monthly subscription, and non-paying users that make a free account on the site for a different purpose. The paying accounts sign up to the service to access the people who make the non-paying accounts (trying not to tell the whole world by business idea).

I’m trying to figure out if this is possible on word press, and if it is I’m looking for someone who is capable of building this.
