Need a way to diplay “WP subtitle” by Ben Huson in the Widget at the Sidebar

Dear Folks,

i′m searching for a way to display the WP-subtitle as mentioned above next to the Title. It would be perfect if title an subtitle could be separated like this ” – “. Has anyone any idea? And please be so kind to tell me where i exactly have to implement this within the source code of the widget or eventually the individual css of my theme. I am not a php specialist and not even a coder. Just a simple user who installed some nice plugins and is now thinking about combining their functionalities.
