• I am in the very early stages of creating a website that will use WooCommerce. The client has asked if there is a way to emulate this “Prodemo” from GME Supply (https://www.gmesupply.com/prodemo)

I am just wondering if there is any plugin that can do anything remotely similar to this. They want their customers to be able to login and be able to track their invoices and be able to add their own staff on to be able to purchase orders.

I have found the plugin SuiteDash but I don’t think it’s exactly right.

I am no developer by any means and what is on the GME website looks to me like a custom made system from a developer.

I just want a second opinion before I say this isn’t possible to the client.

    Thanks!!

    Hi @jessiegoodes,

You’re right; the “Prodemo” feature on the GME Supply website seems like a custom-built system. However, WooCommerce offers various plugins that could help emulate similar functionalities.

The Woo Subscriptions plugin allows you to manage products with recurring payments. This could be useful for tracking invoices. Additionally, the Teams for WooCommerce Memberships plugin will enable you to sell team memberships – this could be used to allow your client’s customers to add their own staff to purchase orders.

If you’re uncomfortable setting up these plugins, you might consider hiring a WooCommerce expert. Our WooCommerce Customizations page can help you find a trusted expert to assist with this.

I hope this provides some clarity. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
