Need an ID for Variable Email-to

i’ve made a form and it works where user inserts his onw email , sibject and text and everything is sent to the email i specified. But i need to manually change the email to send the contact form to without creating a new one.
To do an example i’ve 3 hotels and the contact form would be identical to everyone except for the fact it will send the contact form to different emails and i do not want to create a contact form template for every hotel i have ??there is an option to insert into this
