Need an ID or identificator to each form

    How can I assign an ID to each form it had been created?

    I need to identify each of the form in someway. Do you understand me?

    Hi @monicaamb12,

    Apologize for the extreme late reply.

    Do you need Entry Id of the submitted form or the Post Id under which the Form you create?

    Currently, we don’t have way to get Entry Id, but you can get Post Id by creating a hidden field and set deafult value as Post Id from the list of custom tags provided.
