Need Assistance box can't be deleted or edited

    There is a box on top of my checkout page that says “Hello Admin Need Assistance, Call Customer Service at……view cart”. I wanted to get rid of that or just edit the number and email shown on the page but I don’t know how. I can’t see it on my woocommerce settings and this is my first time to use the woocommerce plugin so any advise or help would be greatly appreciated. Please help.

  • Have a look for: Theme Options > Advanced Options > WooCommerce > Account Area Message 1.

    I just found it but in Avada 3.8.7 it was in the Theme Options>Woo Commerce tab, not the Advanced tab. Thanks for sending me in the right direction! I’ve been looking for this answer!
