Need Authentication Code

I’ve tried and tried to get timely responses from Help Desk but they take an average of 48 hours to get back to me. When they answer, they do not answer my question, ask another question, then disappear before I can answer them in real time. Is there a way to get a one time verification code? I have lost all backups and cannot get into my account. Is there another way to get a faster response time? This is getting frustrating as it is stalling my website launch date.
