I need to somehow incorporate the option for a user to purchase products on this website in cases. Currently the site only lists how many pieces are in a case. The customer has to enter 12 pieces, for example, if there are 12 to a case. but we need to continue to offer the ability for a customer to purchase quantities less than a case. Is there any better solution available that anyone may know of?

    Hi @jjspelman,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you would like your users to purchase products in cases.

In order to achieve this, you can incorporate the help of a plugin, like Product Bundles. This plugin allows you to sell products in bundles, which in your case could be cases. You can set a bundle to contain 12 pieces (or any other quantity) and sell it as a single product.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you for your response! Hopefully, it will still allow me to sell items as single products as well as by the case, so the user has two options to purchase.

    Hi @jjspelman,

?Hopefully, Product bundles will still allow me to sell items as single products as well as by the case, so the user has two options to purchase.

Of course, with the Product Bundles extension, you can offer your products both as single items and as part of a bundle. This allows your customers to have the flexibility to purchase either a single product or a case, depending on their needs.

Here’s a direct link to Product Bundles.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask, we’re here to help!
