Need committer access to plugin repo

We are the developer and owner of the Share Link plugin located at the above link. However the original plugin was set up by a 3rd party on our behalf and no longer exists. We cannot commit new code to the SVN repo as we are only a contributor rather than a committer. Is there any way to have this rectified. The committer account is harmonicnewmedia.
