Need countdown per user

Hi, I need some sort of countdown that will count down per user. So when a user logs in, he/she can see how many days/hours is left until their subscription expires.

And when it expires, I want them sent to a page where they find out what to do next to get access again.

Is there such a plugin? I’ve found countdown timers but they are global and not per user. Need to be super simple — all users will have 60 days from signup.
