Need Custom WP theme and Coding Done

Hi I’m very very new to WP though we’ve been using it for awhile it needs to be cleaned up alot. My programmer attempted to make a WP theme but its beyond UGLY. I mean UGLY. I really need to clean it up. Ive been able to make a somewhere decent front page and have alot of stuff already plugged into the correct places but have hit a stopping point as my knowledge of CSS and the WP code is limited.

I really need to bring someone on board the project that can get my WP to function like a news magazine complete with specialized blogs for columnists and Vlogs for artists.

We are in start up right now so while we are seeking someone to get this new design up and running we are also looking to build a long term working relationship as well. The scope to the size of this project would be similar to that of New York Times website which utilizes WP as a CMS.

This particular website is ran by several music industry professionals so if you really like to get down with popular music artists and be a part of a huge website this could be a great situation.. as well as one that potentially could make you alot of money.
