Need customer service

  • is this wordpress or a user forum? I am ripping my hair out wasting time surfing the internet trying to find out how to contact the customer service department with a question. Does anyone here know how on earth the get support from wordpress? I need to call or email in order to get a question answered which I didn’t think was a lot to expect in this day and age, but apparently some service is an excessive expectation…

    This is a self help forum for people who run their own installation of WordPress. It’s staffed be unpaid volunteers such as yourself.

    If you can provide some details about your problem then someone might be able to help you.

    If you feel you need paid professional support then consider posting on https://jobs.wordpress.net/ instead.

    I too am frustrated with trying to work with WP and not geting answers to my problems. I don’t have time to ask then go through dozens of other peoples problems to try to find some help.
    Is there another way? I am willing to pay.
    I am not an IT person and the language is rather foreign to me, so I also have to wade through your professional jargons.
    I too am tearing my hair out in frustration in wanting to get on with my work.
