Need Design Help

I’m running a minimalist theme – barecity – in WordPress 2.2., and am not very technical. I want to spruce up my site, and add some widgets, but I’m having problems, and frankly don’t have a huge amount of time to spend learning right now. This is a strange request, but if there is someone out there who wants to play around on my site and beef up the design, I would really appreciate it. It’s a blog dedicated to social enterprises and the social economy, so you would actually be contributing to the greater social community through web 2.0 by helping me attract dialogue to the site.
