Need Direct Support

I am having a problem with fopen setting on my password protected websites (2). I am not going to post “Link to the page you need help with”, above, where my problem, involving security, will be shared to a forum I need to file a trouble ticket with CleanTalk, and talk directly with a support person, not a forum. I do not see a way to file such a ticket. Could I please get some help from a support technician? You have a good product, and I definitely want to make the product work.
