Need easy product upload solution for client

I’m building a website for a client and they need to be able to easily upload new products (equipment for sale) with a photo, description and price. Then, they want to be able to click “more photos” or something similar and 3 additional photos will load in a light box of sorts. Is there an easy solution/plugin for this? I’ve tried eShop and the NextGen Gallery but I can’t get them to work properly. After trying for hours, I gave up on those plugins.

Other thoughts include just creating a template blog post that my client can copy to a new post when they want to add another piece of equipment. Then, they simply swap out the photos and replace text.

Any ideas are welcome on how to best accomplish this. The main issue is that my client isn’t very tech savvy so it has to be super easy for them. Thanks in advance. I appreciate your help.
