Need Featured Image Only

What a great addon!!! It does exactly what I need it to do except for one small thing.
I have these settings:
Media attachments: Do not insert attachments
Post thumbnail source: Generate from the first post imageI thought this would add the featured image “from the first post image” (which it does) but also remove the image from the body of the post (but this is not the case).
It shows the featured image twice. Check out this post
