Need Filter Rule Code

Hello, I have a vintage shop and a deal with many individual items. Whenever I import my CSV sheets with the native WooCommerce importer, all of the items that are out of stock get imported. In my CSV sheets, I notate my out-of-stock items with a 0 in the instock field. Since I handle individual items, these items won’t get restocked. I need a code to filter these items, whenever I upload a CSV sheet I would like for WP All Import to not import those products with the value set as 0 in the instock field. I would greatly appreciate any help.
