When using PayPal Checkout plugin with WooCommerce, we also have Instant Payments: Require Instant Payment turned on in the payment method settings. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/3xK4g5A.png

Given this, is there any actual IPN “Notification URL” that we need to add within the PayPal account area? Sceenshot: https://i.imgur.com/6zc6VCP.png

I just want to be sure that there isn’t an IPN Notification URL that I need to add there, for the WooCommerce Checkout plugin to function correctly.

    Hi @garconis ,

Since PayPal Checkout connects to your site via API, you do not need to add an IPN for receiving payments/instant payments.

IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) is a feature that PayPal uses to inform the sites about payment status – but not all plugins/extensions need it.

For example, the PayPal Standard gateway included in WooCommerce uses IPN to communicate with PayPal, however, PayPal Checkout communicates with PayPal directly via API.

    I hope this helps!
