cPanel dashboard problem

  • i am new user, learning website, i have taken the domain and hosting but its asking cpanel login when i enter user name and password it is showing invalid, and i cannot work on wordpress and i am unable to find dashboard.

    If you are having trouble logging into your cPanel, please contact your host provider. Once that’s done you can proceed to trying to install WordPress.

    @mumthaz80 your cpanel username and password is different that what you set as your website login detais please contact your hosting service provider to provide you the login details for your website cpanel

    Hi @mumthaz80 as @mabbk said your Cpanel username and password is different from your WordPress login details. Checkout your mails or login to your hosting account and then try to access Cpanel. Because sometimes when you tried to login from your hosting account it doesn’t ask you for Cpanel login credentials.

    @getinopc1 your cpanel login details are different than your wordpress cms. Your Hosting service provider might have mailed you all the details about your package and its login credentials please check your mail box once for login detais.
