The plugin is working fine at the frontend. But my concern is plugin is not showing an opt-in option in the order summary.

For instance, yesterday I had received an order the actual price is ?2,297.00 after adding the addon of ?200 the price would be ?2,497.00. The URL of the product is https://mejaaz.com/shop/digital-print-linen-silk-saree-cream-orange/?v=c86ee0d9d7ed

While at the backend in the order summary, only the total amount of ?2,497.00 is visible while the addon option is missing or not listed. Please check this screenshot. https://prnt.sc/v37tvs

Unfortunately not. WooCommerce decides how this looks, not our plugin.
