    Hi,

    Thanks for great plugin.

    Before I buy your pro version I want to make sure everything works fine in my site.

    When user request for cancellation, where can I find setting or button for cancellation ACCEPT or REJECT?

    I tried different statues in ORDER detail but it would not send email to a customer email as rejected or accepted cancellation.
    It is same in the demo site.

    Hi,

    It adds a new order status in WooCommerc as cancellation request

    so when you will open the order list which in this status “Cancellation request” you will see all the orders for cancellation

    If you change the order status from “Cancellation request” to completed or processing then it will mark as denial of cancellation request and will send a email to customer about denial of request

    and if you change the order status to cancelled or refunded then it will send a email as request accepted

    the thing is, it did not add any new order statues for cancellation request for me..

    Sorry we have not received such issue till now,

    this is how you can check the new order status https://imgur.com/a/f607OQF

    if it is not showing for you then it will be due to conflict with some other plugin in your site, this is how you can find the conflicting plugin

    deactivate all the plugin leaving WooCommerce and this plugin active and activate Twenty-Twenty theme

    and then check if you can see the order status or not, if it is showing the new order status then you can active plugin one by one and checking the order status each time

    that way you will be able to find the conflicting plugin
