    Hello!

We are a healthcare company and started using your plugin on our site 10 days ago, cause we had some slow queries…
I dont think i have used it in its full potential though.

    1. Should i run your plugin’s monitor and do some actions that i believe have the slow queries, and upload here the monitor results for further optimizations??

    2. The revert keys back proccess is safe to use if needed? If for some reason something breaks in our site in the future cause there is a conflict with your plugin will i be able to just revert back to fix the incompability?
Cause I dont have the knowledge to understand if what the plugin does is 100% safe even for future use i need to know if the revert back process is 100% sound.
Cause even though we made a backup when we installed it, we will lose 10 days of work if we use it, or even more if i need to use it later in the future!

    3. the page /wp-admin/tools.php?page=imfs_settings&tab=monitor_database_operations is attaching an external IP service. (?3.80.207.255).
Our server technicians confirmed that, can you tell me why that is?

    I keenly await your input!

Hello, thanks for using the plugin.

    Your questions:

    1. Should i run your plugin’s monitor and do some actions that i believe have the slow queries, and upload here the monitor results for further optimizations??

Yes please! That’s how we improve the plugin. Please upload your metadata from the About tab, and upload your saved monitors. And please answer here to let us know the upload id.

    2. The revert keys back proccess is safe to use if needed?

Yes it is. Database keying is a safe operation (safe meaning: a low risk of data loss). MySQL / MariaDB technology is now almost a quarter century old and the developers have had plenty of time to work out data loss bugs. (If re-keying caused data loss Facebook would take Oracle to court. ??

As you know you should still keep backups of your site: other things can cause data loss.

    3. the [Monitor Database Operations] tab is attaching an external IP service. (?3.80.207.255).

This is not coming from code in our plugin. That IPv4 address resolves to a server rented from AWS with hostname ec2-3-80-207-255.compute-1.amazonaws.com, and we don’t use AWS. We do use Heroku to accept uploaded metadata and monitors. Our server is presently at these IP addresses.

    3.229.186.102
    3.210.192.5
    54.146.248.82
    54.83.6.65

But our code only hits that server when you push an upload button. Notice that all active plugins are loaded when you display a dashboard page; it’s possible some other plugin uses the IP address you mentioned. Try using the Inspect HTTP Requests or Query Monitor plugin to find out more about these outbound web requests.
