Need help animating theme

Hi, I have hostgator hasting my domain name, i then installed wordpress from that page and installed the Hemingway theme.
But before that i had opened a free wordpress.com account with my domain name, now i downloaded the Hemingway rewritten theme and it animates my gallery a treat.
But when i went onto my hosted wordpress, which i now think it is www.ads-software.com but not sure, the same theme does not animate my gallery and the images are just sitting there.
Could anyone help me with this, sorry i am new at this and getting confused with the www.ads-software.com and .com.
