Try this:
in the header.php change
FROM:
$menu = substr($menu, 13);
TO:
$menu = substr($menu, 22);

In the footer.php change
FROM:
$menu = substr($menu, 17);
TO:
$menu = substr($menu, 26);

this could make u to succeed
