NEED HELP ASAP – re:old topic linked

Hello,

I have narrowed it down to the plugin that is causing the error. I have spoken with the themes developer about removing it completely and because it is the core of the theme we cannot so they replied with the following:

“This plugin must have a single event page for the correct layout as for now it is using the theme’s single.php template which meant to be used by the blog posts. Redux framework is the core of the theme which runs all the theme options and other features/styling. Disabling it can cause other issues. I suggest you to ask the plugin’s developer to provide you with a single event page template which you can use in your child/parent theme.”
Is this something that you all would be able to provide us? We would really like to continue using your plugin as we really love it and its the best one out there.

Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!
