Need Help, can't add message boxes to a campaign.

    Running 4.1.1 and can’t get message options to load into a new campaign. I created a message, and pulled the search bar down and tried different ways but none of the message boxes populate down below to make the condition settings. I watched your video, but when I pull the menu down and make a selection, nothing happens.

    I tried to uninstall the plugin and start from scratch, but I cannot get it to fully uninstall. I am trying to install it so I can use the sample campaign, but it won’t install fresh. Every time it pulls the data that I tried to make a message box for.

    Any help would be great, love the concept and plugin.

    Hi hostpanda,

    Can you please let us know that installation went well?

    Is there any errors while installing Icegram?

    Have you tried to add any message to sample campaign?

    Sample campaign is created once and if you add another campaign and re-
    install plugin, only new added campaign will appear in list.

    Delete all campaign once including sample campaign and reinstall Icegram.

    This will re-fetch the sample campaign.
    And then try to add new message.

    Ok, I got a fresh install completed, no errors.

    However I can’t add any new message boxes to a new campaign or the existing sample campaign. I resorted to just cloning the sample campaign and making changes from the existing message boxes. I watched your video, but when I make a selection from the drop down menu, nothing happens, nothing is added to the campaign.

    I am having the same problem where I cannot restore the sample campaign, even if I delete all existing campaigns.

    I am following your advice and deleting ALL of my campaigns and messages before reinstalling Icegram (version 1.8.7). To be sure of deleting everything, I delete them permanently from Bin as well as using ‘Icegram Settings’ options:

    – Remove all Icegram shortcodes
    – Remove all Icegram campaigns and messages

    What else can I do to get the sample campaign back?

    Hi henscu,

    You have to delete one option from wp_options table “icegram_sample_data_imported” and then reinstall Icegram.

    It will load sample campaign again.
