I like Painter, it allows almost every element’s colors to be easily chosen by you. They also have some pre-chosen color combination’s, the header can be customized:

You posted some time ago so I guess you resolved your questions?

I’m also looking for a free plugin, or a good value paid one (that means well supported), that i can use to integrate sagepay with wordpress. Currently I use WP-Ecommerce by instinct free version and can see you need to upgrade to premium gold cart version to use sagepay.

Did you find any other solution?
