Need help creating custom user login in woocommerce

I am building a multivendor woocommerce site,/job search site. I an using wp job manager to manage the job postings and applications. I need to add a new user field to the already customers and vendors options, such as Employee and employer options in sign up/login, which will be shown different interface. from the customers and vendors interface how can I add the functions. thanks
