Need help creating frontend CRUD to my custom table

I can’t seem to find a tutorial on how to make a CRUD frontend to my custom table in the WP database. I have a custom table that I have backend Python scripts interacting with. I would like a web frontend to CRUD with this custom table.

Thanks for any info on how to create this frontend CRUD to my custom table.
