Need Help Customizing Off Canvas Menu – Astra Pro

I am trying to customize the mobile off-canvas menu for the linked site, but am running into issues. I’m using Astra Pro 3.3, so am now dealing with the new Header Builder Feature. When I go through Customizer, the option to change the link, hover, and active colors is there, but will not allow me to click into the field to change the color. Interestingly, it will allow me to use the color picker, but I cannot enter a customized hex code into the field.

Additionally, I am trying to change the size of the off-canvas menu so that it does not take up the entire screen, but I see no options to control this. I can do it using CSS code if I have to, but I don’t know what selector(s) to target.

I had been using https://fairwind.aracelidesigns.tech/ as the staging site, but with an earlier version of Astra Pro. If you go to that link, the off-canvas looks different, and it is what I would like for fairwindmeetings.com off-canvas to look like.
