Need help determining file names to EXCLUDE

To be clear, the exact name of the widget plugin is RSS Multi-Importer

Not sure I can really give you any direct answers. Look for errors in browser console to determine why it doesn’t load. If the plugin uses the wordpress API, you should be able to exclude it by script name or file name as instructed in the admin. If you can debug the code and determine there is a bug in the plugin, I’d be happy to fix.

I’m just not sure what I’m looking for as far as a script name or file name goes within the console. I’m a novice at all of this. Could you provide an example of what one would look like?

Again, the filename is that of the src path, and the “name” is the one used when calling wp_enqueue_script (search plugin source code if you are unsure). Not sure what else I can help with (unless you see a bug where those two configs aren’t work. if so, please debug and report the problem).
