Need help excluding scripts with REA from minifying

  • I’m having an issue with gallery images being cut off in responsive screen sizes. I have been working with Royal Elementor Add On regarding this and they wanted me to reach to you and ask: is there a way to exclude their scripts from minifying? frontend.min.js especially. They said they’ve tried and it doesn’t work directly, you may give some hint about it, path to their frontend script is royal-elementor-addons/assets/js/frontend.min.js

    Hi @shannonsadik ,

    On checking your page shortcode, I can see that the WPO does not minify the frontend JS asset from royal-elementor-addons since it is already in a minified state – See image.

    Having said that, you can exclude a Javascript file from minification by entering its path in the Exclude JavaScript from processing field at WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript.

    In your case, you might be facing a JavaScript/CSS conflict. Therefore, you should try disabling merging of Javascript and CSS to see if that resolves the issue. This can be done at WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and WP-Optimize > Minify > CSS respectively.
