Need help finding a theme (free or premium)

I am making a website using wordpress but I cannot find the right theme. All the themes I see are mostly blog themes and I am making a website which is text heavy so I was wondering if anyone could point me into the direction of a theme like that. I have seen a joomla theme which is similar to what I am looking for and it is in this website:

If anyone knows a similar theme, can you please suggest it. Furthermore, how do you change a blog theme into a website?
