• Hello everyone, this is my first topic on WordPress, as I need help with issue that might be more complicated than I thought

Currently, I’m using a theme and am making destination posts. These are not the same things as posts but are quite similar, anyway

I’m use wpbakery with my post as well as Gutenberg for the actual content (Pictures, paragraphs, headings) I quit for the night and close my computer. When I open it up the next day, about 6 hours worth of work from the Gutenberg element was deleted. The Wpbakery stuff is fine, and I did update it. So I’m wondering how to get to revisions to go back and retrieve all my data.

Thank you guys, I’ve looked on the web but to no avail have had any help. I didn’t link a page as I didn’t see why it would help.

    Hey Mikey

First off all there is an auto save feature in Gutenberg.
Usually there is a banner in the top mentioning if you want to use the auto save.

You could perhaps try the sidebar settings Revisions area. It should be right below the Status & visibility top panel. See if it opens the Compare Revisions of “post/page title” .

Not sure what else to say. Hopefully you found a way to get the content back.
