Need help, firefox and IE inconsistentcy.

I recently downloaded this videopop plugin, and I am displaying the video links on my sidebar. I made and uploaded these little video tags next to the actual text which show up on firefox but not on IE. Any ideas?

Also, just curious, most of the videos I did not upload myself, they are linked from other sites. Is this ok to do? I feel like I am leeching off of these other sites. Thanks.
